Zebra Stripes

John received an awesome birthday gift from his Nana and Papa that Jack is having a lot of fun with lately which brings me my next blog topic!!  It is called Computer Cool School and I must say it IS very “cool” and educational..not only that, it is also easy enough for Jack to play on his own..which we both love (-: Anyway, he loves learning about the animals and the other night he randomly asked me, “Mom, why do the zebras have to look out for danger?”  My answer: “Well, they have to look around and make sure no other bigger animals are coming after them to eat them.”   The lesson: Don’t get caught grazing. There are certain enemies that will not be deceived by your stripes (outward appearance) but be alert and keep your head up.  1 Peter 5:8 “Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.”
